IBS is an NSI Systems Silver installer. We provide each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service, irrespective of the size or complexity of the job. This continues from the original contact, through system design, installation and after-sales maintenance contracts.

Maintenance ContractsWe pride ourselves on ensuring that once a system has been installed we remain involved in maintaining it and providing training on the use of the system and any changes in relevant legislation.

Under the NSI Systems Silver, our installations are to a very high standard and a certificate of compliance is issued upon completion and provides the client with an assurance that the system is installed to strict guidelines. All of our engineers are fully trained and we have lengthy experience in the installation and maintenance of systems.

We provide systems for retail, commercial, medical and educational establishments.

Maintenance contracts come with a choice of service level agreements suitable for all of your requirements. All of our new installations are warrantied.

We ensure that the equipment we install complies with current Data Protection legislation and we can train your staff in current recommended practices as well as provide the relevant documentation and guidance.
