We are a National Security Inspectorate (NSI) approved company and specialise in the areas where we know we can deliver exceptional results. We design and install CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Systems to suit our customer’s requirements. The products that we use have been tried and tested within the industry and at the same time are at the forefront of technological advances. This ensures that our clients receive reliable and up to date systems.
Our aim is to provide a system tailored to meet our client’s individual requirements, which will do the job required whilst taking account of any specific operational constraints. We don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to specifying systems. At IBS we provide each client with an exceptionally high level of customer service irrespective of the size or complexity of the job. This continues from the time of original contact, through system design, installation and after sales service. We pride ourselves on ensuring that once a system has been installed we remain involved in maintaining it and providing training on the use of the system and any current relevant legislation.
Our installations are to NSI Systems Silver standard and a certificate of compliance is issued on completion of each installation. This certificate provides the client with an assurance that the system is installed to strict guidelines.
All of our engineers are fully trained and we have experience in the installation and ongoing maintenance of systems including retail, commercial, medical and educational establishments.
